We love special orders, and there are two scenarios where they can come in to play:
If we have an item you love but it has sold out, we can get in touch with the Designer to re-order that specific piece just for you.
If we represent a Designer and you have seen something you love but Apostle doesn’t carry it, send us an email letting us know the item you would like and we will be in touch with the Designer. We will coordinate with the Designer and do our best to get that special item in your hands.
Please keep in mind that all Special Orders are subject to availability with the Designer. Upon confirmation of availability, we require full payment including the cost of shipping and will provide you will an estimated delivery time. Once the item has been received by Apostle from the Designer, you will be notified with a shipment confirmation.
All Special Orders are a final sale and cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
